Hello, I’m Alex and I’m a yoga teacher specialising in fertility and wellness. I started my yoga journey 23 years ago and have been a teacher for 15 years. I have a keen interest in linking movement with breath to free tension and release toxins from the body and mind.
In recent years, I furthered my training in Fertility and have been supporting women and men on their unique journey. I also run Wellness days and workshops to reenergise the energy channels.
Breathing correctly is so important to slow our bodies and our minds down. More often than not we do not make full use of our lung capacity. This is a huge area and learning to make use of the full breath can do wonders for our stress levels and releasing tension we are holding onto. By breathing correctly, we allow fresh oxygen to reach the mind to clear the haze and we manifest happier thoughts.
I am passionate about helping others create a sustainable practice that works for them in their lives. Wellness is something we can all do, but it has to work for us.
